Job summary

Fortrea is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead domestic and global clinical trial programs in Oncology or Ophthalmology. The role requires 2–5+ years in project management, with strong leadership, communication, and budgeting skills, based in the United States.

You will guide project teams, manage scope, schedule, cost, risk and quality, and interact with clients to ensure milestones are met and regulatory data is accurate. Some travel and mentorship responsibilities apply.

Qualifications

• University/college degree (life science preferred) or related certification.
• Fortrea may consider relevant experience in lieu of education.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage domestic, regional and/or global projects.
• Develop and manage project teams, communications, risk, scope, schedule, cost and quality.
• Lead cross-functional teams and liaise with clients for satisfaction and repeat business.
• Manage change control, track KPIs, and ensure compliance with ICH/GCP.
