The Clinical Trial Manager has ownership in the clinical delivery and operational oversight of clinical research trials, collaborating with project managers and functional leads to deliver start-up and clinical activities within budget while ensuring quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of relevant clinical research experience.
• Experience in SSU and Clinical Trial Lead roles.
• Knowledge of GCP, ICH, and regulatory guidelines.
• Proficiency with EDC/CTMS/eTMF and vendor platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end start-up and clinical activities within budget.
• Lead site activation, recruitment strategy, and site payments.
• Manage KPI tracking and risk management.
• Ensure regulatory submissions and approvals.
• Coordinate with global, cross-functional teams.
• Maintain compliance with GCP and SOPs.
