Job summary

Fortrea is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee domestic, regional and global clinical trials. Under a Project Director, you will lead project teams, manage scope, schedule, cost, quality and stakeholder communications, and ensure regulatory data accuracy.

You will mentor PMs, support business development, and serve as the main client contact. The role requires 7+ years in clinical research, knowledge of ICH/GCP, and strong leadership in matrix and virtual environments.

Qualifications

• University/college degree (life science preferred) or related certification.
• 7+ years of clinical research experience with 2+ years PM responsibility.
• Knowledge of ICH Guidelines and GCP including regulatory requirements.
• Advanced computer skills: Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint.
• Experience managing projects in a matrix and virtual environment.
• Excellent communication, planning and organizational skills.
• Oncology or Ophthalmology experience.

Responsibilities

• Operational delivery of projects within time, scope, cost and quality.
• Lead core project teams and facilitate coordination with extended teams.
• Serve as escalation point for project issues to stakeholders.
• Manage change control and budget considerations for projects.
• Proactively manage risk, quality and KPIs for project success.
• Provide line management and talent development where applicable.
