Job summary

Fortrea is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead global clinical projects in Oncology or Ophthalmology, based in the United States. You will oversee scope, schedule, cost, and quality while driving regulatory data accuracy and team performance.

You will manage cross-functional teams, mitigate risk, and maintain client relationships, with line management and business development responsibilities possible. Strong communication and project governance are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of relevant clinical research experience in pharma/CRO.
• At least 2 years of full project management responsibility.
• Working knowledge of ICH Guidelines and GCP including international regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage domestic, regional and/global projects under guidance of a Project Director.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to meet scope, schedule and budget.
• Proactively manage change control and risk mitigation.
• Serve as primary client contact and ensure client satisfaction and project performance.
• Provide mentoring and development for junior project staff.
