Job summary

Fortrea is seeking a Senior Project Manager in the United States to lead domestic, regional and global clinical projects. You will manage cross-functional teams and ensure delivery on scope, schedule, cost, and quality.

With 2–5+ years of global PM experience in oncology or ophthalmology, you will partner with client teams, drive risk management, and ensure regulatory data quality. Fortrea offers a collaborative environment and career growth with travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of clinical research experience in pharma/CRO.
• 2+ years in full project management responsibility.
• Knowledge of ICH Guidelines and GCP.
• Experience in Oncology or Ophthalmology.
• Ability to work in a matrix and virtual environment.
• Excellent communication, planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee domestic, regional and global projects.
• Lead core project teams and ensure cross-functional collaboration.
• Manage scope, schedule, cost, and quality to contract targets.
• Escalate issues to internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and risk management plans.
• Support line management and talent development.
