Revolution Medicines, Inc. is seeking a Senior Oncology Account Manager to lead the direct promotion of our oncology portfolio within the United States.

This role requires building strong relationships with private practices, cancer centers, and hospital networks, delivering clinical and product information with integrity. You will travel up to 50% across the territory, manage strategic account plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely patient access to RevMed therapies

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree with 12–15+ years biopharma experience.
• 8–12+ years oncology product sales experience.
• Proven oncology product launch success, including oral therapies.
• Experience launching oncology products with companion diagnostics.
• Strong solo-representative selling experience.
• Willingness to travel ~50%.

Responsibilities

• Promote Revolution Medicines' oncology portfolio in designated territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with private practices, hospitals, and academic centers.
• Develop business plans and engage targets via calls and resources.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure patient access to RevMed products.
• Represent brands in a professional, compliant, and ethical manner.
