Healthbridge Staffing seeks an outgoing Employee Onboarding Specialist to join our Transition Team in a PRN capacity. You will shape candidate and new hire experiences from offer through first days, coordinating documentation and systems, and partnering with HR and hiring managers.

You will support onboarding during acquisitions and transitions, while ensuring accurate records and a welcoming, consistent process across locations. This role blends people focus with process improvement.

Formación

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 3–5 years of onboarding, pre-employment processing, HR operations, or related experience.
• Experience in healthcare, nonprofit, education, or mission-driven environments preferred.
• Strong ability to manage multiple onboarding workflows with attention to detail.
• Professional communication with candidates and internal stakeholders; customer-service orientation.
• Proficiency with HRIS, ATS, or similar systems.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout onboarding, delivering timely, clear communication.
• Manage multiple onboarding workflows, tracking progress across pre-employment and onboarding steps.
• Support onboarding during acquisitions and transitions, providing ongoing support for new hires across facilities.
• Coordinate and collect required pre-employment documentation, including background checks and credentials.
• Troubleshoot onboarding issues and guide candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Communicate onboarding status updates to candidates, hiring managers, and HR partners.
• Support New Hire Orientation and deliver a consistent onboarding experience.
• Foster familiarity with Hill Valley's culture, policies, systems, and key contacts.
• Anticipate onboarding volume and suggest process improvements for efficiency.
