Jobgether, a remote-first recruitment platform, seeks a dedicated Onboarding & Implementation Specialist to drive the activation of new gym and studio clients across SMB and LATAM markets. You will ensure clients are operational within SLAs and uphold high onboarding standards.

Responsibilities include configuring modules, conducting migrations, and tracking onboarding KPIs while collaborating cross-functionally in a fully remote role.

Qualifications

• Experience in onboarding, technical implementation, or customer operations.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the technical implementation and activation of new gyms and fitness studios across SMB and LATAM markets.
• Configure platform modules, integrations, contracts, payment methods, and electronic invoices for each client.
• Coordinate data migrations and validate results with clients.
