Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist for our partner in the fintech/cryptocurrency space. This fully remote role is open to LATAM or Europe-based candidates, with Brazil as the listed location in practice, and involves guiding new business partners through onboarding, KYC, documentation, and verification.

You will coordinate with Compliance, Sales, Operations, and Customer Success, manage timelines, maintain CRM records, and seek continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of professional onboarding or related customer-facing experience.
• Strong documentation review and data validation abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases.
• Familiarity with CRM and document management tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary onboarding contact for new partners and guide them through the process.
• Collect KYC data and ownership details per internal compliance standards.
• Review documents for completeness and accuracy and follow up as needed.
• Enter partner information into CRM and maintain up-to-date records.
• Collaborate with Compliance and Sales to resolve escalations.
• Monitor case progress and report timelines to stakeholders.
• Support seamless handoff from onboarding to ongoing partner support.
