Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a remote onboarding and coaching specialist to welcome new members, guide them through the platform, and help them identify relevant training opportunities. You will motivate users to explore resources, book their first session, and provide ongoing support during their initial onboarding experience.

The role emphasizes understanding diverse learning preferences, building positive relationships, and offering actionable feedback to improve the member experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Customer-oriented mindset with genuine interest in helping people access learning opportunities.
• Proactive, self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and follow through.
• Basic technical proficiency with digital platforms and tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability to diverse learning needs.
• Reliable, organized, able to work independently and collaborative when needed.
• Nice to have: coaching, onboarding, training, customer support or member success experience.
• Nice to have: familiarity with LMS, HR tech, SaaS products, or digital training platforms.
• Nice to have: interest in professional development and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Conduct short, personalized onboarding and coaching sessions for new members.
• Guide users through the platform and identify relevant training courses.
• Encourage engagement and activation by motivating exploration of resources.
• Act as the primary onboarding contact and provide timely support.
• Adapt communication to different learning preferences and challenges.
• Share feedback with internal teams to improve the member experience.
• Contribute to a welcoming, informative, and motivating learning environment.
