Job summary

Gymdesk is seeking a Customer Integrations Specialist for a 100% remote, full-time contractor role. You will guide gym owners through three integrations—Branded Member Apps, Door Access, and Gymdesk Payments—ensuring live deployments and smooth handoffs to Engineering, Onboarding, and Support teams.

You’ll manage outreach, track progress in HubSpot, and work with our VP of Customer Success to improve guidance materials and processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer success, onboarding, implementation, or account support.
• You are service-minded and great at explaining complex concepts clearly.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple customers and steps in parallel.

Responsibilities

• Manage a group of customers who signed up for an integration and guide them through setup by phone, email, and video call.
• Check in with customers pausing mid-process to identify blockers and next steps.
• Maintain HubSpot records with current stage, owner, and outcome; share weekly progress updates.
