Job summary

CarCutter, a US-based SaaS platform for automotive visual merchandising, seeks an Onboarding Specialist to guide new customers from contract to live setup. You will own the end-to-end onboarding journey, coordinating with Account Implementation, Account Integration, and Graphics teams to ensure a smooth go-live and strong time-to-value.

In this remote-friendly role, you will train dealers and marketplace users on the platform and mobile app, monitor progress, and proactively address risks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer-facing onboarding or SaaS implementation.
• Experience in tech account management is a plus.
• Familiarity with automotive dealership operations is a strong plus.
• Strong project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full onboarding lifecycle from kickoff to live setup.
• Lead kickoff sessions to understand environment and goals.
• Coordinate with internal teams for token configs, integrations, and graphics.
• Train customers on platform, apps, and integration features.
• Maintain onboarding pipeline in HubSpot and flag risks.
• Serve as escalation point for blockers and resolve issues.
• Handoff to Customer Success after sanity check.
• Identify process improvements with CX/Ops to refine playbooks.
• Maintain proactive client communications and cost visibility.
