Job summary

CarCutter, a US-remote SaaS platform for automotive merchandising, seeks an Onboarding Specialist to guide new customers from contract to a fully live CarCutter setup. You own the end-to-end onboarding journey, ensuring a smooth, confident launch and strong time-to-value.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer-facing onboarding, implementation, or technical account management in SaaS.
• Familiarity with automotive dealership operations is a plus.
• Experience with SaaS integrations, APIs, and web-based tools; explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; build trust with technical and business contacts.

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding journey: manage end-to-end lifecycle from kickoff to go-live.
• Lead kickoff sessions with new clients to understand environments and goals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align token configurations, integrations, and graphics delivery.
• Train end users and admins on CarCutter platform, mobile app, and Hub.
• Maintain onboarding pipeline records in HubSpot and flag risks or delays.
• Serve as escalation point for onboarding blockers and coordinate rapid resolution.
• Handoff to Customer Success with documented context and open items.
• Identify friction points and work with CX/Ops to refine playbooks and timelines.
• Communicate proactively with clients and defend costs when needed.
