Job summary

Amazon Autos is seeking an Onboarding Success Manager to lead the dealer onboarding journey, from contract through first live transactions. You will manage timelines, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure scalable processes for success across metro locations.

The role emphasizes project management, dealer relations, and data-driven improvements to speed time-to-launch and enhance the dealer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with strong project management skills in fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience with analytical, sales, and productivity tools including Oracle BI, Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft OneNote, and Microsoft SharePoint.
• 5+ years of sales or account management experience.
• Experience analyzing data quantitatively and using customer research, data and metrics to back up assumptions, identifying opportunities, and assessing the efficacy of marketing programs.
• Experience prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities.
• 20-25% travel required.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new dealerships, guiding them through implementation, setup, configuration, integration, and launch.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for dealers during onboarding, escalating blockers and maintaining clear communication.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align onboarding milestones and resolve issues at root cause.
• Identify gaps and inefficiencies in onboarding and develop scalable solutions, including updated SOPs and training materials.
• Track and report onboarding KPIs such as time-to-launch and completion rates to drive accountability.
