Job summary

You will collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and clinicians to coordinate onboarding, screenings, and documentation, ensuring a smooth and compliant process for new employees.

Qualifications

Ability to communicate with all levels of personnel and manage onboarding tasks independently.
Excellent organization and time management in a busy onboarding environment.

Responsibilities

Facilitate seamless new hire onboarding for candidates.
Serve as primary contact for onboarding issues and coordinate with clinical staff and credentialing.
Distribute welcome packets and guide new hires through payroll forms, I-9, and benefits.
Track pre-employment screenings and ensure paperwork is complete.
Manage and document onboarding progress in the electronic system.
