Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of clerical experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Interim Recruiters and Hiring Managers with job requirements.
• Maintain communication with Interim Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and leadership to meet needs.
• Answer phone and relay messages accurately and promptly.
• Support submission turnaround time with the client and team.
• Assist with travel arrangements and entry of information into travel portal.
• Provide coverage for Operations team members as needed.
• Assist with monthly accounting reports.
• Support onboarding with background checks and systems like Nursys and Lawson.
