Job summary

AnewHealth is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to expand ExactCare’s patient base across the United States by promoting our medication management solutions and conducting telephonic assessments.

You will educate patients, register them for services, and liaise with the ExactCare pharmacy team to ensure accurate data entry and high-quality customer service. Remote, full-time, 40 hours/week.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of pharmacy customer service experience.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience to justify an exception.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a health and medication review with the patient and collect key health information.
• Enter a patient’s prescription information accurately to ensure correct medications.
• Achieve key performance metrics as set by management.
• Educate facilities, institutions and patients about ExactCare.
• Grow the patient base and maintain referral relationships.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for the ExactCare team.
