AnewHealth is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to expand ExactCare’s patient base across the United States through phone-based medication assessments, patient education, and enrollment for our medication management solutions.

You will build relationships with patients, coordinate with the ExactCare pharmacy team, maintain accurate records, and meet performance metrics while upholding our values.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of pharmacy customer service experience.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct health and medication reviews with patients and collect key health information.
• Enter prescription information accurately to ensure correct medications.
• Achieve key performance metrics as set by the management team.
• Educate facilities, institutions and patients about ExactCare solutions.
