AnewHealth is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to expand ExactCare’s patient base across the United States through phone-based medication assessments, patient education, and enrollment for our medication management solutions.

You will build relationships with patients, coordinate with the ExactCare pharmacy team, maintain accurate records, and meet performance metrics while upholding our values.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of pharmacy customer service experience.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter prescription information accurately to ensure correct medications.

With over 1,400 team members, we care for more than 100,000 people across all 50 states.Job DetailsThe Onboarding Specialist will grow ExactCare’s patient base throughout the United States by promoting and educating patients on our medication management solutions through phone-based medication assessments, registering patients for our services. The Specialist will build relationships with patients through exceptional customer service, strong education of ExactCare solutions, and acting as a go between the patient and their ExactCare pharmacy team.ResponsibilitiesConduct a health and medication review with the patient that includes a thorough review of their list of medications and administration instructions and collecting key health information.Responsible for accurate data entry of a patient’s prescription information to ensure the patient will receive the appropriate medicationsResponsible for achieving key performance metrics as set forth by the management teamCreate positive first impression of AnewHealth/ExactCare and the unique services we provide.Educate facilities, institutions and patients about ExactCareManage the patient assessment process to grow business and maintain referral relationshipsMaintain accurate records and prepare reports for the consistency of information to be shared with the ExactCare teamCall on prospective patients daily and schedule them for telephonic reviews and conduct patient follow up calls.Participate in daily team huddles, attend training sessions and other ad-hoc meetings as needed.Open lines of communication with management teamEmbody AnewHealth’s Core Values in all communications and interactions.Other duties as assigned.The above essential functions are representative of major duties of positions in this job classification.
