CAI is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to facilitate end-to-end onboarding, ensure HR compliance, and deliver an exceptional candidate and employee service. This full-time, remote role focuses on managing offer through start date, background checks, I-9, and Workday lifecycle processes.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in HR onboarding, strong communication and organizational skills, and experience with Workday HCM. Remote work flexibility and commitment to accuracy are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an HR onboarding or human capital management support role.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with a customer-service orientation.
• Experience with Workday HCM and HRIS transactions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and execute end-to-end onboarding for new hires from offer through start date.
• Coordinate pre-employment screening and ensure compliance and a smooth candidate experience.
• Ensure accurate I-9 completion and employment eligibility verification.
