Bill.com is seeking a Scaled Onboarding Specialist to guide new customers through fast, high-quality onboarding across Spend & Expense and AP/AR. You’ll activate customers during onboarding calls, establish core workflows, and enable early adoption to drive value quickly.

Join a remote-first fintech team with US offices in San Jose, CA and Draper, UT, collaborating with Sales, Success, Support, and Product to scale onboarding operations.

Formación

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience in onboarding, implementation, account management, customer success, or a similar role.
• A bachelor's degree is required.
• Experience supporting customers in fast-paced environments with strong focus on customer experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust quickly with customers.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with newly signed customers to guide them through onboarding and drive activation within the call when possible.
• Deliver a high-quality onboarding experience prioritizing speed, simplicity, and customer confidence.
• Support customers across AP/AR and Spend & Expense with setup and initial platform configuration.
• Help customers complete accounting software integrations and understand setup requirements.
• Educate customers on onboarding best practices and core workflows to ensure successful start.
• Drive early product adoption by helping customers launch quickly and use the platform effectively.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Support and cross-functional teams for a smooth customer experience.
