Job summary

GovDash is seeking a proactive Onboarding specialist to turn new customers into productive GovDash users within weeks of signing. You’ll own the initial relationship, partner with Account Executives, and guide teams through workflows from discovery to live usage, ensuring a fast time-to-value.

You will train customers during the first 30 days, support integration and data migration, and hand off to Account Management with documented workflows and open items. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proposal development or capture experience.
• Experience running demos of software products.
• Experience training others on capture and proposal workflows.
• Understanding of government contracting and AI landscape.
• Ability to manage multiple pilots and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Become a product expert across GovDash platform for capture, proposal development and contract management workflows.
• Onboard new clients with an implementation plan.
• Run discovery to understand current pursuit processes, tooling, and success metrics.
• Train clients in first 30 days to ensure successful adoption and conversion.
• Assist with integration setup, data migration, and content/document uploads to enable end-to-end use.
• Conduct multiple customer sessions per day via Microsoft Teams to train and assist with migrations.
