Job summary

FLASH is seeking a Project Manager in Dallas to guide large-scale hardware and software implementations from initiation through closeout, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. You will coordinate with customers and internal teams to scope, kickoff, and schedule installations.

The role requires 3–5 years of project management experience (parking industry preferred), strong communication, and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously; travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3–5 years PM experience, ideally in parking industry.
• Park/mobility operations knowledge and cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Technology implementations experience and stakeholder management.
• Parking industry certifications (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise and other customers through complex implementations at FLASH.
• Onboard new projects, manage them through completion, including scoping, kickoff and weekly meetings, and ordering equipment.
• Coordinate shipments and schedule installation crews to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to scope and install products ensuring systems work as designed.
• Develop understanding of FLASH ecosystem and take ownership of project success.
• Manage project finances to protect or improve gross margin.
