Job summary

FlashParking is hiring a Project Manager in the Dallas region to lead enterprise implementations of parking hardware and software. You will onboard new projects, scope and kickoff, manage weekly meetings, and coordinate shipments and crews to complete installations on time and within budget.

You’ll work with customers and FLASH teams to ensure systems function as designed, understand objectives, and guide projects through challenges while building strong relationships for long-term success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related field required or preferred.
• 3–5 years of project management experience in parking or related industries.
• Experience with technology implementations and cross-functional collaboration.
• Certifications such as PMP/CPP/PARCS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise and other customers through complex implementations at FLASH.
• Onboard new projects, scope, kickoff meetings, and weekly status reviews.
• Coordinate shipments and schedule installation crews, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to install products and ensure proper functionality.
• Guide projects through challenges, manage budgets and maintain margins.
• Develop adaptable project plans and communicate with stakeholders.
