Job summary

CodePath is the largest educator of college computer science students and partners with Anthropic to prepare people for careers in AI. This role focuses on running day-to-day onboarding for Claude Corps fellows, coordinating payroll and benefits, and collaborating with recruiting, program teams, Finance, and HR providers.

You will manage onboarding for each cohort, act as the main contact for onboarding questions, and keep records up to date.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating high-volume onboarding or HR processes.
• Familiarity with HRIS or PEO systems and strong organizational skills.
• Clear communication, sound judgment, and a proactive, service-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding for each cohort including I-9 verification and benefits enrollment.
• Be the primary point of contact for onboarding questions and resolve routine issues.
• Keep employee records, trackers, and process documentation accurate and up to date.
