CodePath, the nation’s largest educator of college computer science students, is hiring a Senior People Operations Coordinator for a remote US role. The annual compensation ranges from $65,000 to $85,000 with full-time benefits.

Fellows work under the Claude Corps program as a full-time employee for a one-year term. You’ll run day-to-day onboarding for fellows, manage steps from offer through employment, and coordinate payroll and benefits while keeping records accurate.

Competenze

• Experience coordinating high-volume onboarding and HR processes.
• Familiarity with HRIS or PEO systems and the ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous record-keeping.

Mansioni

• Run day-to-day onboarding for Claude Corps fellows from offer to employment steps.
• Send instructions, track progress, maintain records, coordinate payroll and benefits setup.
• Serve as primary onboarding contact; provide timely, clear communication and resolve routine questions.
• Maintain records, improve processes, and coordinate with HR, Finance, and program teams.
