Job summary

Solera is seeking an Implementation Specialist to manage onboarding, installation, and billing activation for new customers. The role is remote-based and requires strong organization, communication, and time-management skills to ensure a successful product launch.

You will work with internal teams and customers to configure products, schedule trainings, and provide ongoing support throughout the installation process, ensuring accurate documentation in Salesforce and timely completion of tasks.
