Job summary

Vetcove is seeking an Onboarding and Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end onboarding for veterinary clinics on our platform. You will manage a team of 5+ Onboarding Specialists and set the standard for implementation—from kickoff to post-launch—to position clinics for long-term success.

You'll drive cross-functional alignment with product, engineering, strategy, and support, travel to client sites when needed, and continuously refine processes to scale delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years managing complex software implementation projects in SaaS/tech-enabled services.
• 2+ years in people management.
• Experience leading high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication with executives.
• Proficiency with project management tools and scalable processes.
• Travel to client sites up to 10–15% is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5+ Onboarding Specialists.
• Own the overall implementation strategy and lifecycle from planning to go-live.
• Serve as escalation point between clinics and internal teams.
• Define team goals, metrics, and delivery standards.
• Guide clinics through migrations onto a new platform with strategic direction and hands-on support.
• Build and scale project management processes and tooling.
• Oversee training delivery and assist with configuration, data imports, and integrations.
• Maintain executive-level communication with stakeholders and clients.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to influence implementation workflow.
