Responsibilities

• Convert referrals into active clients by explaining Hera’s value.
• Guide families through onboarding: paperwork, verification, scheduling.
• Coordinate with Hera's care team for a clean handoff.
• Help families navigate technology: uploading documents, joining telehealth.
• Identify frictions in intake and improve processes for all families.
• Collaborate with engineering to scale onboarding workflows.
