Job summary

Hera is seeking an Onboarding Guide to welcome families referred by their doctors and help them understand how Hera cares for their loved ones. You will lead the onboarding journey, remove obstacles, and ensure a smooth transition to the Hera Hero.

You’ll be the trusted voice during a vulnerable moment, coordinating paperwork, scheduling, and technology use to make the process effortless and reassuring for every family you assist.

Qualifications

• Background in healthcare sales, care coordination, or customer success.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Comfortable with technology and fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Convert referrals into active clients by explaining Hera and its value.
• Guide families through onboarding: paperwork, docs, insurance, scheduling.
• Coordinate between families and Hera’s care team for a clean handoff.
