Job summary

Hera seeks an Onboarding Guide to help families understand how Hera cares for their parents and to guide them from referral to their first Hero appointment. You’ll be the first voice families hear, building trust and removing obstacles with empathy and efficiency.

You’ll convert referrals, coordinate paperwork and scheduling, verify insurance, and ensure a smooth handoff to the care team. This is a remote role in the United States with flexible 1099 hours.

Qualifications

• Background in healthcare sales or care coordination is preferred.
• Excellent follow-through with vulnerable families.
• Tech-savvy and able to navigate telehealth tools.

Responsibilities

• Convert referrals into active clients by explaining Hera and its value.
• Guide families through onboarding—paperwork, docs, insurance, scheduling.
• Coordinate between families and Hera's care team for a clean handoff.
• Help families navigate technology: uploading docs, joining telehealth, signing e-forms.
• Spot friction in intake and fix it for all families.
• Collaborate with engineering to scale onboarding workflows.
