Job summary

Fiesta Health LLC is seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist to be the friendly voice families hear from referral to enrollment. This phone-first role handles outreach, information gathering, scheduling, and guiding families through insurance and documentation.

You will work remotely, bilingual in English and Spanish, with a focus on warm customer care, problem-solving, and building scalable onboarding processes. Competitive trial pay, quarterly bonuses, and PTO are included as described.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Experience in phone-based outreach, intake, or onboarding in healthcare or service industries.
• Comfortable spending most of the day on the phone with clients/families.
• Strong problem-solving and creative thinking to remove obstacles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a warm, empathetic tone.
• Good organizational skills and ability to handle high outreach volumes.
• Familiarity with health insurance or authorization processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Guide families by phone through every onboarding step from referral to enrollment.
• Proactively collect information and required documents to move cases forward.
• Explain insurance verification and authorization requirements clearly.
• Schedule, confirm, remind, and reschedule appointments as needed.
• Identify and resolve barriers delaying care starts.
• Maintain accurate records in company systems.
• Help build repeatable onboarding processes and assist in training the team.
