Job summary

Hera is hiring an Onboarding Guide to welcome families referred by physicians, explain our care model, and shepherd them from first contact to their Hero appointment. This remote role is US-based, 1099, 30–40 hours per week during EST business hours, with a base pay of $25–$30 per hour and enrollment bonuses that can push earnings higher for top performers.

• Strong phone presence and follow-through to earn trust.
• Ability to streamline onboarding and reduce time-to-value for families.

Responsibilities

• Convert referrals into active clients by explaining Hera and its care value.
• Guide families through onboarding—paperwork, docs, insurance verification, scheduling.
• Coordinate between families and Hera's care team for a smooth handoff to the Hero.
• Help families navigate technology: uploading docs, joining telehealth, signing e-forms.
• Spot and fix friction in intake to improve future experiences.
• Collaborate with engineering to scale onboarding workflows without compromising quality.
