Job summary

Mains’l is seeking an Onboarding and Credentialing Specialist in Minnesota. You will support setup and credentialing for vendors and employees in the Self Determination Program, partnering with FMS team members to ensure documentation is completed and systems updated for timely, compliant service delivery.

The role is hybrid with in-person training and meetings in Brooklyn Park, MN; a college degree is preferred, and experience with budgeting, data entry, and Excel is valued.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Experience with budgeting, payroll data entry, and financial management systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process program documents, including employee paperwork, vendor invoices and enrollment forms, following established procedures.
• Conduct payroll reviews and data entry; assist in managing service budgets and expenditures.
• Establish and maintain credential tracking systems for vendors and employees; perform monthly reviews.
