Mains’l is hiring a FMS Service Coordinator to support individuals who choose self-direction by managing their services and budgets. You’ll be the primary contact, providing resources and expertise to ensure successful service management for participants in Brooklyn Park, MN.

This hybrid role involves training in the office and regular remote work, with strong focus on customer service, data entry, payroll reviews, and collaboration with case managers, families, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills are required.
• Experience with financial management systems and budgeting accuracy.
• Strong data entry and data integrity practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience supporting individuals with disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities
