Job summary

Mains’l is seeking an Onboarding and Credentialing Specialist to support the setup and ongoing credentialing of vendors and employees in the Self Determination Program. This role will partner with other FMS team members to ensure documentation is completed and verified, and systems are updated to enable timely and compliant delivery.

• Experience processing payroll and vendor invoices.
• Ability to manage credential tracking for vendors and employees.
• Strong attention to detail and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Follow internal policies, procedures, and controls for FMS services.
• Process program documents, including enrollment forms and vendor invoices.
• Review payroll data and assist with service budgets and expenditures.
• Establish credential tracking and monitor expirations monthly.
