Job summary

Mains’l is seeking an Onboarding and Credentialing Specialist to support the setup and ongoing credentialing of vendors and employees in the Self Determination Program. You will partner with FMS team members to ensure documentation is completed and verified, and systems are updated for timely, compliant delivery.

The role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel), and the ability to manage a high volume of daily communications.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Experience with financial management systems and data entry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Follow internal policies, procedures and controls to provide FMS services within contracts and regulations.
• Address participant and stakeholder questions related to self-directing services.
• Process program documents including employee paperwork, vendor invoices and enrollment forms.
• Conduct detailed payroll reviews, data entry and review of payable invoices, and support service budget management.
• Establish and maintain credential tracking systems for vendors and employees; perform monthly reviews.
