Henry Schein One seeks an Onboarding Consultant to remotely coordinate customer training plans nationwide, with up to 25% travel. You will lead onboarding workshops, manage trainers, and drive adoption analyses to ensure successful go-live and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in SaaS cloud environments, strong dental software experience with Dentrix, and excellent communication and project-management skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in related discipline.
• 6+ years of experience with software in a SaaS Cloud environment is preferred.
• Dental software experience with Dentrix Ascend/Core/Enterprise or similar is desirable.

Mansioni

• Coordinate execution of defined customer training plans with trainers.
• Schedule, create work assignments, and inform contract trainers for onboarding process.
• Conduct knowledge transfer discussions with trainers and manage expectations and change management strategies.
• Oversee or complete Operations and Adoption Analysis and coordinate with onsite teams.
• Collaborate with customer during Organization Build Workshops or SmartStarts and validation.
• Plan, build, and validate workshops with the customer and assist in database construction to meet organizational goals.
• Manage multiple onboarding projects and handle customer escalations.
• Identify process improvements and assist in operationalizing new service offerings.
