Remote is seeking an Onboarding Consultant – Dental Software based in the United States. This role focuses on guiding dental practices through onboarding, from assessments and database setup to training and post-launch support.
You will work remotely with 20–25% travel, coordinating with project managers and trainers to ensure implementations meet customer requirements. You should have 3–5 years of experience in dental software training or consulting, with familiarity in Dentrix
Competenze
- Typically 3–5 years in dental practice management software training or administration, the dental industry, or SaaS/cloud-based consulting.
- Experience with dental practice management software such as Dentrix Ascend/Core/Enterprise or similar.
- Strong understanding of dental workflows and technology implementations.
Mansioni
- Coordinate onboarding and training plans to meet timelines and objectives.
- Schedule and manage training sessions with trainers for various user groups.
- Lead workshops to configure and validate software environments.
- Support database and workflow configuration to meet practice needs.
- Manage multiple onboarding projects and resolve customer escalations.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to optimize onboarding strategies.
