Job summary

Dandy is seeking Launch Trainers to deliver world-class onboarding for dental practices, both virtually and on-site. You will guide new customers through onboarding, build confidence in digital dentistry, and drive early adoption of scan workflows.

You will coach post-launch, monitor scan quality, close adoption gaps, and collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Support to improve the customer journey. Travel up to 20% is required.

Qualifications

• Experience training on digital dental platforms (iTero or Trios preferred).
• Hands-on knowledge of intraoral scanning and digital workflows.
• Excellent teaching and facilitation skills.
• Clear, confident virtual presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-first mindset with ability to build trust remotely.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding sessions for new practices virtually and on-site.
• Coach practices on scan quality and workflow adoption.
• Provide constructive feedback to improve technique.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product and Support to improve the journey.
• Monitor milestones and ensure successful launches.
