Job summary

DentalMonitoring is seeking an Integration Consultant to onboard new customers, tailor workflows, and train dental teams on our AI-powered remote monitoring platform. You will nurture existing customers, build strong relationships, and act as a bridge between clients and our technology.

Travel up to 70% for in-person implementations across several states. The role requires 5+ years in orthodontics, 3+ years of consultative selling, and a proven track record with DentalMonitoring or similar;

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dental and orthodontic experience or equivalent degree.
• 3+ years of consultative experience.
• 2+ years of successful track record at Dental Monitoring (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers and create custom workflows tailored to each office.
• Train new clinicians and dental teams to use the DentalMonitoring suite of solutions.
• Nurture existing customers so they maximize the benefits of the DentalMonitoring AI technology and dashboard.
• Build strong relationships with customers to ensure ongoing usage and advocacy.
• Act as a technical bridge between customers and the DentalMonitoring platform.
• Travel to train and support implementations up to 70% in-person.
• Collaborate with regional teams to ensure the best onboarding experience.
