IMI is seeking a Field Services Manager to lead project execution from start to finish, coordinating with team members, contractors, vendors and installers while maintaining clear communication and safety standards.

You will oversee on-site support, equipment maintenance, and customer relations, ensuring projects run smoothly and safely from initiation to completion. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years field services experience required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, vendors, and other suppliers concerning staffing, scheduling, system layout and safety issues.
• Supervise field services personnel who perform on-site support and complex projects.
• Oversee estimation, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance to maximize uptime.
• Maintain customer relationships and resolve questions about projects from start to finish.
• Implement methods, guidelines, and policies to facilitate efficient service delivery and quality control.
• Train field services staff to perform and uphold quality of work and safety standards.
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with employees and department managers.
