Job summary

Cencora, the health care services company, seeks a Patient Services Liaison to support ambulatory pharmacy access and affordability services. You will liaise with clinics, patients, and staff to verify benefits, enable timely therapy access, and coordinate with payers and pharmacies.

You will work with health system clients to drive patient access programs, education, and outcomes while maintaining strong vendor and provider relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Retail pharmacy technician experience 1–3 years.
• Active pharmacy technician licensure/certification in the corresponding state.
• Experience with prior authorizations and copay assistance programs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Strong organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide liaison services for patients requiring high-cost therapies and prior authorizations.
• Coordinate with providers and staff to improve patient access and navigation.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned clinics and document communications in systems.
• Educate providers, clinic staff, and patients on prescription fulfillment and benefits.
• Coordinate delivery of prescriptions and support KPI reporting.
• Participate in client/clinic meetings and lead discussions on prescription access.
• Support clinics during operating hours and provide extended coverage as needed.
• Work in clinic and remote locations as needed.
• Perform other related duties.
