Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handles routine inquiries and documents requests; coordinates follow-up with patients, providers, payers, and internal teams.
• Tracks case status and information collection; reviews documentation and provides updates for timely service delivery.
• Maintains accurate records in case management and pharmacy systems per procedures and standards.
• Collaborates with pharmacy operations, reimbursement, customer support, and external stakeholders to facilitate handoffs and resolve standard issues.
• Monitors open requests and timelines; communicates updates and elevates issues as needed.
• Assists in creating and maintaining job aids and reference materials to improve consistency.
• Provides accurate information on routine processes and next steps; redirects complex questions to appropriate personnel.
