Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a skilled IT Service Desk Technician to provide on-site and remote support for software and hardware across Windows, Linux, and macOS. You will manage tickets in Jira Service Management, maintain endpoint hardware inventory, and support software licenses.

You will participate in a weekly on-call rotation, may travel if needed, and be eligible to obtain a US Secret clearance. The role offers competitive benefits with equity grants in a full-time capacity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a service desk/tech support role.
• Excellent PC/Apple hardware knowledge.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with ticketing systems and ticket queues.
• Willingness to participate in weekly on-call rotation.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a US Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for software and hardware.
• Handle tickets in Jira Service Management.
• Identify persistent problems and escalate to engineering.
• Configure Windows, Linux, and macOS endpoints with latest software and security stack.
• Inventory and asset management of endpoint hardware.
• Support end-user software licenses (Office, Adobe, Matlab, etc.).
• Create knowledge articles and SOPs for users and IT staff.
• Assist with operational improvements and projects.
