Job summary

Tyler Technologies is seeking an Implementation Consultant to deliver high-quality knowledge transfer services. You will conduct discovery workshops, translate requirements into workflows, and configure warehouse and commissary applications and hardware for clients.

Travel to client sites for training, go-live, and stabilization activities is expected. The role requires strong presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills, with experience in enterprise applications and hardware for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience.
• Strong presentation and knowledge transfer skills.
• Experience implementing or supporting warehouse management, inventory, commissary, order-management, or related enterprise applications and hardware (tablets, barcode scanners, laptops).
• Familiarity with Tyler Technologies products or software used by correctional, detention, or public-sector organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead remote and on-site discovery workshops to identify objectives, requirements, stakeholders, dependencies, and risks.
• Translate current-state processes into future-state workflows and software configurations.
• Configure Tyler warehouse and commissary applications and hardware per client requirements and standards.
• Develop process maps, configuration docs, functional requirements, decision logs, and client materials.
• Travel to client locations for discovery, configuration, training, go-live, and stabilization activities.
