Responsibilities

• Lead remote and on-site discovery workshops to identify objectives, requirements, stakeholders and risks.
• Analyze current-state processes and translate requirements into future-state workflows and configuration decisions.
• Configure warehouse and commissary applications and hardware per client requirements and standards.
• Create test scenarios and support testing, document results and manage defects to resolution.
• Deliver role-based training for administrators, subject-matter experts, and end users.
