Job summary

Tyler Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Consultant in Franklin, TN to deliver high-quality knowledge transfer services, enabling clients to use Tyler hardware and software effectively. Services may be on-site or via webinar, with travel as needed.

You will collaborate with clients to understand workflows and requirements, ensuring successful transitions to Tyler systems. The role requires strong presentation and communication skills, experience with warehouse/enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience.
• Minimum of one year experience as an Associate Implementation Consultant or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of presentation and knowledge transfer concepts.
• Experience implementing or supporting warehouse management, inventory, or related enterprise applications and hardware (tablets, barcode scanners, laptops).
• Familiarity with Tyler Technologies products used by public-sector organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site and remote discovery workshops to identify objectives, requirements, stakeholders, dependencies and risks.
• Translate current processes into future-state workflows and software configurations.
• Configure Tyler warehouse and commissary applications and hardware per requirements and standards.
• Develop process maps, functional requirements, and client-facing implementation materials.
• Coordinate dependencies, environments, access, and readiness with client teams.
• Create test scenarios and lead user acceptance testing; manage defects.
