Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience.
• 3–5 years in product, implementation, customer service, or payments.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Excellent presentation and knowledge-transfer skills.
• Interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with financial transactions and payment systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide consulting, software readiness, and education to clients.
• Design and conduct knowledge transfer sessions via webinars.
• Educate users on software functionality, data entry and security.
• Analyze client business models to document requirements.
• Coordinate end-to-end testing prior to go-live.
• Support migrations and implement new functionality across platforms.
• Create client-facing and internal quick-tip documentation.
