Job summary

Kentucky Distillers Association is seeking a G&A Analyst in San Antonio, TX. This remote role with an ideal base location in San Antonio will drive on-premise strategic initiatives, manage local distributor sales teams, and support regional operations.

The candidate will coordinate with distributors, analyze market data, and ensure brand compliance across accounts. The role requires a Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field and 5+ years in the distilled spirits/wine supplier

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
• Five (5) or more years' experience in distilled spirits/wine supplier industry.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize data for varied audiences.
• Knowledge of sales and marketing principles, promotion and product demonstrations.
• Good managerial and effective presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage distributors on a day-to-day basis, ensuring brand policy adherence and promotion.
• Support the Regional Manager and develop key on-premise accounts in the area.
• Lead planning and reviews with distributor and On-Premise Directors of Sales.
• Present and leverage brand initiatives to increase volume with distributors.
• Be visible at distributor offices and ensure alignment with national initiatives locally.
